AlpineSim – Shipping Policy

At AlpineSim, all our products are digital eSIMs. This means:

  • No physical products are shipped

  • No shipping fees apply

  • Delivery is instant or near-instant after payment confirmation


1. Delivery Method

Your eSIM will be delivered digitally through one of the following methods:

  1. Email Delivery – A QR code and/or manual activation instructions will be sent to your purchase email.

  2. Instant Download – In some cases, your eSIM may be available for download immediately after checkout.

Please ensure that the email address used during checkout is correct to receive your eSIM without delays.


2. Delivery Time

  • Typical Delivery: Instant

  • Maximum Delivery Window: Up to 30 minutes after payment confirmation

  • If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes, please:

    1. Check your spam/junk folder

    2. Contact support@alpinesim.com for assistance


3. Shipping Costs

  • Since our products are 100% digital, there are no shipping or handling fees.


4. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Email

If you entered an incorrect email address or did not receive your eSIM:

  • Contact support@alpinesim.com with your order number and correct email.

  • Once verified, we will resend your eSIM to the correct address.


5. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure that your device supports eSIM technology and is network-unlocked.

  • Verify that your email address is correct before completing the purchase.

  • Once the eSIM is delivered, it is considered received and active, even if unused.
