Welcome to AlpineSim. By purchasing from our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

AlpineSim provides prepaid eSIM data plans for travelers.

  • eSIMs are delivered digitally via email or instant download after payment.

  • We do not ship any physical products.

  • Each eSIM includes the data allowance and validity period clearly stated on the product page.


2. Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device:

  1. Supports eSIM technology

  2. Is network-unlocked (not tied to a specific carrier)

  3. Is compatible with networks in your travel destination

AlpineSim is not responsible for issues caused by incompatible or locked devices, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
A list of compatible devices is available on our website.


3. Delivery of Products

  • eSIMs are typically delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

  • Once the QR code or manual activation details are sent, the product is considered delivered.

If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support@alpinesim.com.


4. Refunds and Returns

  • All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products.

  • Refunds are only offered if:

    1. The eSIM cannot be activated due to a confirmed technical issue on our side

    2. You receive a different product than what was ordered

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Incompatible or locked phones

    • Installation errors by the user

    • Partial usage or expired data

    • Change of mind or accidental purchases

5. Usage of Our Services

By purchasing from AlpineSim, you agree to:

  • Use our services legally and responsibly

  • Not resell or redistribute eSIMs without prior written permission

  • Not attempt to hack, abuse, or manipulate our systems

We reserve the right to block access or deny service to users engaging in abuse or fraud.


6. Network Performance

  • Network coverage and speed depend on local mobile carriers, which we do not operate.

  • AlpineSim is not liable for interruptions, poor signal, or other issues caused by third-party networks.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AlpineSim is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM in question.


8. Chargebacks and Fraud

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

  • We will submit proof of delivery to the payment provider in the event of disputes.

  • Fraudulent activity may result in permanent bans from future purchases.


9. Changes to These Terms

AlpineSim may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
