AlpineSim – Return & Refund Policy

At AlpineSim, we provide digital eSIM data plans for travelers. Since our products are delivered electronically and can be used immediately after activation, all sales are generally final.
However, we do provide refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:

The eSIM cannot be activated due to a confirmed technical issue on our side.

You received a different eSIM plan than the one you purchased.
If your request meets the conditions above, our team will review and process your refund.
2. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Incompatible or locked devices

You are responsible for ensuring your phone supports eSIM and is network-unlocked.

Mistakes during QR code scanning, profile deletion, or device misconfiguration are not refundable.

Change of mind or accidental purchases

Once the eSIM is delivered, we cannot revoke its activation potential.

Partial usage of the eSIM plan

Using part of the data plan or validity period voids refund eligibility.

Network performance issues beyond our control

Coverage and speed depend on local carriers, which we do not operate.

3. Refund Request Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

Our support team may request screenshots or device information to verify the problem.
Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
4. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us may result in:

Submission of proof of digital delivery to the provider

Permanent account restriction for future purchases
We take fraud seriously and will dispute any false claims with evidence.
